There are few different levels of fear. Whether you are terrified of swimming pools following a bad experience, drowning, scared of being splashed, or had a bad swimming lessons experience in the past or are wary of water in any other way, it can have a real impact on your daily life.

A lack of confidence in water can have a huge impact on your ability to enjoy some of the best parts of holidays too. Playing with your kids in the pool or walking along a beautiful shoreline are great experiences, but only if you are fully comfortable in a swimming pool or the sea. That is why we spend a lot of our Learn To Swim sessions to ensure we deal with what worries you most so that you can enjoy being in and around water.

Within the water phobia course, we cover a number of water safe skills as well as teaching techniques to help stand in water unaided, move through water horizontally and get used to the face being in the water for aquatic breathing.

3s Swim instructors have a lot of experience to work with a students who got different levels of aqua phobia. We will work with you or your child at your own pace, spending time with you on the areas that you find the most challenging to overcome as well as helping to make the lessons an enjoyable experience.
